CLIENT - FATBOI
Right after our Task 1, we were given a client to create a presentation deck consisting of:
1. Background research
2. Competitor analysis
3. Social media platforms
4. Social media engagement ideas

According to our given feedback, we should focus on Malaysian spaghetti brands
such as Prego instead of focusing on "mi tarik" with different flavors, so we refined
the proposal. We narrowed down the competitors to just Malaysian brands and
provided the type of contents that has high engagements.

FEEDBACK

Week 3
Specific Feedback: Good competitor analysis, however, we put our focus on the wrong brands. We should be comparing Fatboi with Malaysian spaghetti brands like Prego and such. Fine tune the proposal will do.

REFLECTION

Experience
Overall, the module was a bit messy and confusing. I did not even know that our project 3 changed, so until Week 12 or 13? I only knew we didn't have the final project from the MIB.This module wasn't fully online, we got to collaborate with Codium Lab and experience what it was like to plan content for a client and go through the whole communication process with a supervisor.

Observation
I observed that our group communication was lacking in the beginning, then slowly everyone knows their own place and every member got their work done on time without any extra reminders. We had a rough start but we overcame that so thank god (lol).

Findings
I found that doing background research of your client is crucial in the research process because the more we know about a customer's background, the more we can find relationships that may otherwise not be apparent.
